| AZ1 Translation |
My most recent
project, the client is an Asian-based
translation service, hoping to attract
clients from the West who are coming East.
Site planning currently involves scripting
for 3 languages primarily: French, English
and Korean. The site is still under construction,
awaiting information from the clients. |
|
| EFL Law |
Though designed
and maintained by others, I was hired
to do some spec work for this site, primarily
the Flash interactive map on the main
page, to attract a more international
audience and streamline the site navigation. |
|
| Asian EFL Journal |
Though designed
and maintained by others, I was hired
to do some spec work for this site, primarily
these pages related to an upcoming conference,
including basic HTML, some Flash animation,
a lot of image work: retouching and creation
of banner ads, and some database-driven
pages, using PHP to create application
forms for parties interested in attending.

| Asian Webs |
This site was
built for an Asia-wide audience, and is
very deep. The clients are intending to
expand into some dozen countries in the
near future, providing an international
site for sharing information, discussions,
classified services as well as providing
web site building services and domain
name reselling. It was published October
of 2004, and involves database-driven
content, including a classifieds section,
discussion boards and an info section
- all of which visitors can interact with
and upload content. |

| Art First |
An Asian-based
artist who was looking to get her work
online and wanted a site to function as
a supplement to her exhibition brochures
and other printed materials. The site
is planned for expansion in the near future,
to include available online purchasing
of her work. |

| KLIFF Language School |
A Korean Language
School for westerners in Korea. The client
wanted increased exposure through a website. |
|
| Texas Street |
This site was
designed for a group of local businessmen/club
owners who wanted increased exposure for
their clubs and to draw more interest
to this international are of the city
of Busan. The site is still under construction,
awaiting content from the clients. |
|
| The Beat |
Due to collapse
of the print magazine, this online version
has not been updated since August of 2004.
This site was designed as a way for readers
of the magazine to become more involved
with it in the aspect of searching for
back issues, authors, images and so on.
The primary regions of the site were the
archives, and the info section, which
provided a way to get the most current
info to readers that otherwise was impossible
with a monthly publication schedule. |
|
| 4on |
This phone card
business was intended to sell international
calling cards to travelers and western
residents in Asia. Unfortunately, I was
never paid for this site, and so was forced
to withdraw it; thus it hasn't been published. |
|
| Daengi Beadwork |
Regrettably, this
site was abandoned in mid-project due
to irreconcilable misunderstandings between
the client, a handicraft maker, and myself. |
